At Bluk's, we believe in complete transparency. There are no hidden charges or unexpected fees. The total amount, including any applicable shipping costs, is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. You only pay the amount shown on your screen, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
RETURN & REFUNDS
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process of returning or replacing the item. After we receive the product, it will undergo an inspection, and based on the findings, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after verifying that the complete product, along with its original packaging and accessories, is returned. Any missing or additionally damaged items that were not reported will result in a deduction from the refund amount.
Please note that refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that are free from defects, based on personal preferences regarding appearance, minor variations in color, or sound quality.
What if I receive the wrong order?
If the product you receive does not match your order in terms of description, color, or type, please contact our team immediately. We will arrange a replacement for you and provide a reverse pickup service to collect the incorrect item. Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered without any inconvenience.

Please note that the shipping charges for returns due to personal preference or non-satisfaction will be borne by the customer.
