Reporting Damages or Defects
If you receive a product that is damaged or scratched, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this window cannot be processed. Your timely communication helps us ensure swift resolution.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement
Bluk's offers refunds or replacements for orders under the following conditions, provided a request is made within 7 days of receiving the product:

Delayed Delivery:
- If your product is not delivered on time, you can cancel the order. A full refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that delays caused by banks, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Product Received:
- If the product delivered differs from what you ordered, you can request a replacement.

Damaged Product Received:
- Products that arrive in a damaged condition are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
- You can cancel your order by filling out our simple cancellation form HERE, before the item has been dispatched.

After Dispatch:
- If the product is en route, you can refuse delivery to initiate a cancellation. Once the original product is returned to us by the courier, your refund process will begin.
Note: The refund process is subject to the return of the product in its original condition.
