Bluk's will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
- Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 14 working days. (Bluk's is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Complete video proof of unpacking must be available, without that no claims will be entertained.
