Warranty Instructions
Processing Time:
Warranty claims are processed within 14 working days from the date the product is received at the Bluk’s Gadget Service Center.
Required Documentation:
Customers must provide:
- The warranty card
- The product with matching serial numbers on the product, packaging, and warranty card. Claims will not be accepted if serial numbers do not match or are missing.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs (either sending the defective product to us or receiving the replacement).
Products must be sent at the customer’s own risk using secure and trackable shipping methods.
What the Warranty Covers
Bluk’s Gadget will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product.
Any replaced product or part becomes the property of Bluk’s Gadget.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Physical Damage:
- Loss or physical damage (cracks, dents, scratches)
- Damage to external components such as cases, stands, or mounts
- Tampering with warranty seals or unauthorized repairs/disassembly
Wear and Tear:
- Normal wear and tear of coatings, finishes, or surfaces
- Decrease in battery performance due to regular use
Environmental or External Damage:
- Liquid damage beyond rated water resistance levels
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, voltage fluctuations, lightning, fire, improper ventilation, or other external factors
Accessories:
- Accessories provided with products (charging cables, ear tips, etc.) are not covered
Performance Issues:
- Complaints about heating during use or charging (normal behavior)
- Sound distortions caused by dirt, debris, or improper maintenance
- Power bank battery warranty lasts for 3 months only
Claim Procedure
1st Step: Submit a Claim Form
Fill out the online warranty claim form available on our website under “Bluk’s Warranty Policy.”
Ensure your contact details match those on your courier package for easy identification.
2nd Step: Prepare Your Product
Securely package the product in waterproof and shockproof packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3rd Step: Ship Your Product
Send your package via a secure and trackable courier service to the address mentioned below.
Important Notes
- Ensure that products are used as per their intended purpose and within their rated specifications.
- Improper use may void your warranty.
- Liquid damage beyond rated water resistance levels is not covered under warranty.
